I am Kanishka Muskan - a teacher and a learner.

I am a dedicated educator, lifelong learner, and advocate for creativity, collaboration, and innovation in education. I view teaching as a continuous journey of exploration, experimentation, and creating meaningful learning experiences for students.

With a strong interest in art, painting, craft, and creative expression, I have developed a particular passion for Art-Integrated Learning. I believe integrating art into education makes classrooms more engaging, inclusive, and joyful while encouraging students to express themselves, think creatively, and connect concepts with real-life experiences.

Beyond the classroom, I contribute to Teachers of Bihar by managing social media activities, particularly Facebook, and showcasing educational initiatives, resources, achievements, and community activities. I have also served as a member of the technical team for DIKSHA, gaining valuable experience in using digital platforms and resources to support accessible and effective learning.

As part of my professional development, I received training from CCRT, Udaipur, on “Puppetry in Education,” aligned with the vision of NEP 2020. I also had the privilege of serving as a Resource Person at the state-level Bihar Diwas celebration organized by the Education Department, Bihar.

I remain committed to bringing art, technology, creativity, and education together to inspire, empower, and transform learners.

I am a dedicated and innovative Computer Science Educator with extensive experience in teaching, educational technology, digital content development, and academic initiatives. I focus on making learning practical, engaging, and student-centred through Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Project-Based Learning, and digital tools.

एक समर्पित शिक्षक और उत्साही मार्गदर्शक के रूप में, मेरा मुख्य ध्येय सरकारी विद्यालय के शिक्षकों और उनके संस्थानों के मान-सम्मान, प्रतिष्ठा तथा गरिमा को नई ऊंचाइयों पर ले जाना है। मेरा दृढ़ विश्वास है कि सरकारी शिक्षक में समाज को बदलने की अपार क्षमता है, और वास्तविक बदलाव तभी संभव है जब शिक्षक सशक्त, सम्मानित और आधुनिक शिक्षण तकनीकों से लैस होकर कक्षा के भीतर और बाहर प्रभावी नेतृत्व करें।  

अपने सेवाकाल के दौरान मुझे सैकड़ों शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों में मुख्य प्रशिक्षक (Master Trainer) की भूमिका निभाने के साथ-साथ संकुल संसाधन केंद्र समन्वयक (CRCC) और प्रखंड साधन सेवी (BRP) के रूप में सफलतापूर्वक कार्य करने का व्यापक अनुभव प्राप्त हुआ है। इन दायित्वों के माध्यम से मैंने ज़मीनी स्तर पर शिक्षकों की क्षमता-संवर्धन और अकादमिक सुदृढ़ीकरण में निरंतर सक्रिय योगदान दिया है।

शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में मेरे निरंतर नवाचारों और उत्कृष्ट योगदान के फलस्वरूप मुझे 'राजकीय शिक्षक पुरस्कार 2026' से सम्मानित होने का गौरव प्राप्त हुआ है। इसके साथ ही, मेरी पहलों को ज़िला पदाधिकारी, ज़िला शिक्षा पदाधिकारी और जिला कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी द्वारा भी विशेष रूप से सराहा गया है। राज्य स्तर पर मुझे SCERT के अंतर्गत 'प्रधानाध्यापक हस्तपुस्तिका' के लेखक समूह का हिस्सा रहने का सुअवसर प्राप्त हुआ, जहाँ व्यावहारिक व नीतिगत मार्गदर्शन तैयार करने में योगदान देने का अवसर मिला।  

'टीचर्स ऑफ बिहार' (Teachers of Bihar) मंच के सक्रिय सदस्य के रूप में मुझे कई महत्वपूर्ण भूमिकाएँ निभाने का अवसर मिला है। एक ज़िला मार्गदर्शक (District Mentor) के रूप में, मैं साथी शिक्षकों के साथ मिलकर आधुनिक शिक्षण पद्धतियों को साझा करने और परस्पर सीखने का वातावरण तैयार करने में सहयोग करता हूँ। इसके अलावा, इंस्टाग्राम मॉडरेटर और पोस्टर डिज़ाइनर के रूप में डिजिटल मीडिया द्वारा शिक्षकों की उपलब्धियों को समाज तक पहुँचाने का कार्य किया है। मेरी शैक्षणिक रचनात्मकता का एक प्रमुख पड़ाव 'वेव क्विज़ मेकर' के रूप में रहा, जहाँ मेरे द्वारा तैयार क्विज़ मॉड्यूल्स को SCERT के निदेशक द्वारा विधिवत प्रमाणित किया गया।  

मेरा अंतिम लक्ष्य यही है कि हमारे सरकारी शिक्षक समाज में वह गरिमा और पहचान पुनः प्राप्त करें जिसके वे सच्चे अधिकारी हैं, और हमारे विद्यालय गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा के आदर्श केंद्र बनें। निरंतर नवाचार के संकल्प के साथ, मैं शिक्षा व्यवस्था के उत्थान के लिए पूर्णतः समर्पित हूँ।
